Silicone test lead, touch-safe, yellow, 3 m

During a measurement the meter and the test point have to be connected without anyone touching exposed plug pins. This test lead uses yellow silicone cable and carries shrouded banana plugs at both ends. At 3 m it covers the area around a workstation, from the bench down to the floor in front of it. The silicone stays flexible, so the lead is easy to route and to coil up again afterwards.

Applications

An accessory for instruments with banana sockets, for example for resistance and grounding measurements in the ESD protected area. At 3 m the lead reaches from the meter to the floor in front of the workbench, neighbouring benches or shelving, so the instrument does not have to be moved for each reading. The lead is also available in other lengths and a second colour.
