Once a component leaves the building, control over handling and storage conditions ends. This profiled foam shipping insert keeps the part in place inside the Cortronic 05-TVS box along the whole transport route, with 20 mm of height in the 100 x 55 mm box format.

Technical data

Application

The insert accompanies spare part deliveries to customers, returns to the manufacturer and shipments of test samples to external laboratories. At the recipient's goods receipt the box can be opened without parts falling out. In complaint cases the insert stays in the box and is used again for the return journey.
