Dissipative pink convoluted foam, 20 mm, box size 100 x 55 mm - A1-ESD EP0704103

Not every charge is created while packing, part of it builds up inside the carton when the part and the packaging rub against each other. A dissipative insert at approx. 10E7 to 10E11 ohms takes up that charge and spreads it without allowing a fast discharge through the leads. The pink convoluted foam is 20 mm high and intended for the Cortronic 05-TVS shipping box with a box size of 100 x 55 mm.

Application

Suits the picking of small parts that come out of an EPA storage area and are passed on individually. It works just as well for internal transport between two workstations or for interim storage of populated assemblies as long as the box stays closed. Because height and box size are fixed, the packing pattern stays identical across shipments and is easy to prepare in advance.
