Divider insert 358 x 100 mm for BLACKLINE containers, pitch from 36 mm - WEZ EP0705065

Small parts shipped loose in a storage container have to be sorted a second time on arrival. This 358 x 100 mm divider insert stops that, it splits a BLACKLINE container into compartments and allows a smallest pitch of 36 mm.

Application

In stores and production the insert separates variants of the same part inside one container, screws by length or connectors by pin count for example. Picked sets stay separated all the way to the assembly bench without a dedicated container per variant.
