PUR Profiled Foam AS35 Dissipative, Pink, 553 x 353 mm, 15 mm - A1-ESD EP0705123

A flat insert cushions a part but does not hold it. This sheet, cut to 553 x 353 mm, has a nubbed surface, so the part beds itself between the nubs instead of wandering. The foam is set up dissipative at 10E7 to 10E11 ohm and at 15 mm is thick enough for taller packages to sink in.

Application

Typical uses are a retaining base layer in ESD containers for in-house transport, a top layer over assemblies already loaded, and a rest at the test bench inside the EPA where units under test must not roll away.
