A smooth liner lets parts wander inside the container as soon as the lid is closed. This convoluted PUR foam, type AS35, answers with a structured surface, measures 353 x 253 mm at 15 mm thickness and is set dissipative at 10E7 to 10E11 ohm.

Applications

The convoluted foam is used as a lid insert in ESD cartons and containers, where it lightly secures the goods from above, and as a base cushion for assemblies that must not shift during in-house transport.
