Printorama stacking frame 400 x 300 mm, adds 44 mm usable height - A1-ESD EP0705157

Storing populated assemblies in the 400 x 300 mm container grid runs into the internal height of the container as soon as components get taller. The Printorama stacking frame is placed on that container and adds 44 mm of usable height, so a second container format never has to be introduced into the store, the racking and the conveyor system.

Application

The frame is used in printed circuit board processing and in internal handling whenever populated assemblies are passed on in the same container format as flat boards. Inside the ESD protected area a container with the frame fitted stacks exactly as before, so the racking grid and the transport routes stay unchanged. Buffering sensitive assemblies with build height before dispatch is just as common. Stacking frames of this range are also available for further container formats.
