Printorama stacking frame 600 x 400 mm, adds 44 mm usable height - A1-ESD EP0705158

In electronics manufacturing the larger batches usually travel in the 600 x 400 mm container format. As soon as the assemblies grow taller, the internal height of the container is no longer enough. The Printorama stacking frame sits on the existing container and adds 44 mm of usable height, leaving the established grid untouched.

Application

The frame is typically used at handover points between placement, test and dispatch, where assemblies are collected in the 600 x 400 mm format. Inside the ESD protected area the container with the frame stays stackable, so racking and trolleys need no modification. Buffering assemblies with heat sinks or tall connectors is another common case. For smaller containers the same frame is available in further formats.
