Convoluted foam, pink, dissipative, self-adhesive, 350 x 550 x 40 mm

Convoluted foam holds electronics in place during transport: the peaks yield under pressure and press components, modules and printed circuit boards gently against their base. This cut measures 350 x 550 x 40 mm and is self-adhesive on one side, so it stays in the lid or on the base without extra glue. The pink foam is dissipative at approx. 10E7 to 10E11 Ohm. Charges drain off in a controlled way instead of discharging abruptly through a component.

Applications

The large 350 x 550 mm format lines wide lids and bases in one piece and leaves room for larger assemblies and printed circuit boards. The same formats are also available as black, conductive convoluted foam. The pink colour makes the dissipative version easy to identify in storage and in the EPA.
