S3 HI HRO safety low shoe Duo Soft 455 with nitrile sole and steel toe cap, black - Atlas 3100

Built for workplaces with hot floors and changing ground: the Duo Soft 455 HI HRO pairs a nitrile outsole with an MPU midsole, insulates against heat from below and withstands contact heat. The steel toe cap absorbs at least 200 joules, slip resistance reaches SRC. Sizes 36 to 50.

Benefits in use

• DuoSoft sole with XR outsole system: nitrile outsole and MPU midsole bonded by direct injection. The nitrile is abrasion-resistant and grips, the MPU midsole cushions and stabilises.
• HI and HRO: the sole unit insulates against heat from below (HI) and the outsole withstands contact heat (HRO).
• XP puncture protection: the metal-free textile insert with aramid fibres is very light, stops nails and sharp objects and lets the foot twist naturally.
• Anatomically shaped steel toe cap: protects the toes against impacts of at least 200 joules and compression of at least 15 kN to EN ISO 20345:2012.
• MPU toe guard: when kneeling, the toe area wears much more slowly, so the shoe lasts longer.
• Waterproof smooth leather: the approx. 2 mm full-grain cowhide keeps moisture out for several hours while staying breathable and holding its shape.
• aktiv-X functional lining: regulates moisture, dries quickly, does not bleed colour, is skin-friendly and abrasion-resistant.
• 3D cushioning system: a pressure-relieving insole and a light, responsive MPU sole reduce fatigue over a full shift.
• Suitable for orthopaedic insoles according to DGUV rule 112-191, the marking inside the shoe is decisive.
