This side cutter has no semi-flush geometry at all, giving a completely even cut without a protruding burr, ideal for visible connecting wires. Head width 11 mm, blade length 13 mm, cutting capacity up to 1.5 mm soft. The dissipative handle (10^6 to 10^9 ohm) meets EPA requirements.

Description
Where the connecting wire remains visible after cutting, no burr can be tolerated. The Bernstein 3-658-15 has no semi-flush geometry at all and cuts wire up to 1.5 mm soft completely even at an 11 mm head width.
