Description
Fine positioning under the microscope in ESD-protected areas needs a tip that is both extremely precise and electrostatically safe. The Bernstein 5-051-UF-13 meets both requirements with a 0.2 mm tip thickness at +/-0.05 mm tolerance and a dissipative ESD coating rated at 10^6 to 10^9 ohm.
