The WT 5 base body (845 x 845 mm) is the load-bearing interface between the WT 5 transfer system and the carrying plate with workpiece fixtures. Made from PE-UHMW, it combines exceptional wear resistance with full ESD compatibility - suitable for electrostatically sensitive production environments. Optimized contours allow smooth passage through curves, while stop gates on both the inner and outer edges (longitudinal conveyor direction) enable precise workpiece positioning. The base pallet can be combined with mobile data tags from the ID 200 RFID system to integrate into connected tracking concepts.
