The changeover set 160x160 HD2-LS adapts the rotary lift system in the Bosch Rexroth transfer system to the 160x160 format with the HD2-LS drive unit. Workpiece pallets are rotated by 90° or 180° on the Z axis; on the HD 2/90° variant, the rotational direction can be actuated individually for each workpiece pallet.

  • Rotation angles of 90° or 180° on the Z axis, individually selectable per pallet
  • Lift of 40 mm or 90 mm above transportation level - the 40 mm version turns pallets directly above the conveyor section; the 90 mm version provides clearance for side-mounted components such as identification and data storage modules
  • Maximum permitted total mass moment of inertia: 0.65 kgm²
  • Supplied with all fastening material
