The LG 2/H mounting kit provides everything needed to build a Liftgate 2 crossing gate within the Bosch Rexroth conveyor system. It bridges belt sections and section combinations to create a safe, lockable pedestrian or service passage, and can also be installed as a transverse conveyor section.

  • Compatible with belt sections BS 2, BS 2/C-100 and BS 2/R-300, and with combinations ST 2/C-H (ST 2/R-H) using drive AS 2/C-100 (AS 2/R-300) and return unit UM 2/C-60 (UM 2/R-60)
  • Belt width b = 240 mm to 1200 mm; passage width (A) 600 to 1800 mm
  • Open position 85°, locked; mechanical unlocking standard, optional pneumatic unlocking via PN-kit
  • Integrated safety switch in off position
  • Suitable for use as a transverse section
  • Supplied not assembled; assembled weight: 29.42 kg
