The LG 2/H Liftgate 3 mounting kit from Bosch Rexroth provides all components needed to install a mechanically latched swing gate in Series 2 belt conveyor systems. It accommodates belt widths from 240 mm to 1200 mm and passage widths (A) from 600 mm to 1800 mm, and can be deployed as a transverse section in assembly line layouts.

• Compatible with belt sections BS 2, BS 2/C-100, BS 2/R-300 and combinations of ST 2/C-H (ST 2/R-H), drive AS 2/C-100 (AS 2/R-300), and return unit UM 2/C-60 (UM 2/R-60)
• Opens to 85°, mechanically locked in open position; optional pneumatic unlocking retrofittable with the PN assembly kit
• Safety switch in off position for reliable machine safety compliance
• Suitable for use as a transverse section within transfer systems
