Mounting kit for the LG 2/H Liftgate 5 swing-gate passage in Bosch Rexroth Series 2 conveyor systems. Compatible with BS 2, BS 2/C-100 and BS 2/R-300 belt sections as well as ST 2, AS 2 and UM 2 combinations; covers belt widths from 240 mm to 1200 mm. The LG 2/H Liftgate 5 mounting kit provides all components needed to integrate a hinged swing-gate passage into Bosch Rexroth Series 2 conveyor lines. It is compatible with BS 2, BS 2/C-100 and BS 2/R-300 belt sections and with combinations of section ST 2/C-H (ST 2/R-H), drive AS 2/C-100 (AS 2/R-300) and return unit UM 2/C-60 (UM 2/R-60).

  • Passage width (A) 600 mm to 1800 mm; belt width b = 240 mm to 1200 mm
  • Opens to 85° and locks in open position - safe, hands-free crossing
  • Mechanical unlocking as standard; pneumatic unlocking available via optional PN assembly kit
  • Safety switch in closed position prevents conveyor operation while the gate is open
  • Can also be used as a transverse section
  • Supplied not assembled; packaging unit: 1 piece
