The lift-rotate unit HD 2/H Size 1 LS raises WT 2/LS workpiece pallets approximately 50 mm above the conveyor medium and rotates them by 90 deg or 180 deg. For BG 1 and BG 2 in the 90 deg version, reverse rotation occurs below the belt, reducing cycle times during pallet change. For BG 3 with 90 deg rotation, reverse rotation takes place above the belt. The center position is available for BG 1 and BG 2 in the 90 deg version. The unit is ESD-compatible and supplied fully assembled.
