In the Tightening System 350 each spindle works with its own servo amplifier. The LTE350D powers the spindle's EC motor and receives its control parameters digitally from the SE control unit. E-stop functionality to performance level d is already built in for station safety. Commissioning and maintenance staff read tightening results and system information on the LC display right on the module, without connecting a computer first. The unit weighs 3.2 kg.
