The AS 1 drive kit supplements the non-driven 90° curve KE 1/O-90 in the Bosch Rexroth TS 1 transfer system. It is intended for system builders and maintenance teams who want to improve workpiece pallet transport at the curve infeed and outfeed.

  • Improves transport of WT 1/P workpiece pallets at the curve infeed and outfeed
  • Power transmitted by a round belt, suitable for use in an EPA (ESD protected area)
  • Selectable curve direction, right (KR = R) or left (KR = L)

The drive is provided by a belt section BS 1/T connected to the curve output or by the return unit UM 1 of a section unit. Reversing operation is not possible.
