The DA 5/1000 damper provides damped stopping of an accumulating workpiece pallet during infeeding into the main section. The DA 5/1000 damper provides damped stopping of an accumulating workpiece pallet as it is fed into the main section. It is intended for cross-transport assemblies in workpiece pallet transfer systems and operates self-adjusting.
The damper is extended pneumatically into the damping position and is pushed into the end position by the infeeding workpiece pallet. A workpiece pallet can move onto the main section only when the damper is in the end position.

Note: When extended, the damper protrudes into the main section and cannot be retracted pneumatically. It is retracted only by infeeding a workpiece pallet. Projecting pallet plates pose a risk of collision.
