The hinge 3842554468 is designed for doors and covers in Rexroth aluminium profile structures based on the 45-series grid. The hinge body is moulded from glass-reinforced polyamide (PA) for a lightweight, corrosion-free fit; the axle and fastening hardware are zinc-plated steel for sustained mechanical reliability up to 150 N. Wing width of 45 mm on both sides (P1 = 45, P2 = 45) and a depth of a/b = 25 mm allow direct insertion into profile slots size 8 and 10 with no machining.
