Lift positioning unit HP 1/P h=0-50mm

• Can be used with workpiece pallets WT 1/P
• Positioning via the HP 1/P positioning pins and the positioning bushings on the WT 1/P workpiece pallet
• Permissible vertical process force up to 400 N incl. WT 1/P. The positioning plate of the HP 1/P supports the WT 1/P on its carrying plate during this process.
• Repeat accuracy in X- and Y-direction: ± 0.025 mm
• Fixed stop for pre-positioning the arriving workpiece pallet. Can be replaced with a damper DA 1/B if necessary.
• With the HP 1/P in the version with variable lift, the lifting height above conveying level is max. 50 mm. The lifting height is infinitely variable.
• The version with a fixed lifting height 15 mm above the conveying level has an extremely low installation height. It is therefore particularly suited for use on manual workstations without restricting the legroom.
• The HP 1/P has three positions:- Bottom position: WT on the section are let through.- Center position: WT are stopped on the section (by integrated fixed stop or optional damper DA 1/B). The center position can be approached from the bottom and the top position.
