The HP 1/P lift positioning unit (article 3842998493) raises WT 1/P workpiece pallets above conveying level at a processing station and positions them with a repeat accuracy of +/-0.025 mm in X and Y. The lifting height is infinitely variable from 0 to 50 mm. The unit is suitable for ESD-sensitive processes and is approved for cleanrooms up to ISO Class 7 and dry rooms (r.H. <1 %).
