The CU 5/H curve is a ready-to-install 90-degree divert module for the TS 5 roller conveyor system, directing workpiece pallets from a main to a secondary section or vice versa. The anodized aluminum support profile with sintered-metal bevel gear king shaft drive handles loads up to 260 kg at 12 m/min. Accumulation operation is not permitted; reversible operation is supported.

The CU 5/H curve is a ready-to-install branch module for the Bosch Rexroth TS 5 roller conveyor system. It redirects workpiece pallets by 90 degrees and can be driven from the inside or the outside. Reversible operation is possible; accumulation operation is not permitted.

  • Support profile made of anodized aluminum - corrosion-resistant and dimensionally stable
  • Lateral guide profile available in steel, polymer, or aluminum
  • Driven via king shaft with sintered-metal bevel gears (compatible with drive unit AB 5)
  • Roller spacing p = 130 mm, full rollers for smooth and consistent transport
  • Load capacity up to 300 kg total workpiece pallet mass at v = 9 m/min, up to 260 kg at v = 12 m/min
  • Curve direction (left or right) and king shaft connection side selectable per order
  • Optional protective covers available factory-mounted (not orderable separately)
