CU 5/XH Roller Curve for Assembly Lines, 90°, up to 300 kg - Bosch Rexroth 3842998526

The CU 5/XH is a ready-to-install 90° diverter module for workpiece pallet transport in Rexroth assembly conveyor systems (size 5). Delivered fully assembled, it integrates directly into existing CU 5 lines and can be driven from either the inside or outside of the curve.

• Ready-to-install - no on-site adjustment required
• King-shaft drive with sintered bevel gears, compatible with drive unit AB 5; inside or outside drive selectable
• Anodized aluminum support profile - corrosion-resistant and lightweight
• Lateral guide available in steel, polymer, or aluminum
• Rollers in galvanized or nitrocarburized steel (roller spacing p = 130 mm)
• Total pallet mass up to 300 kg at 9 m/min, or up to 260 kg at 12 m/min
• Left- or right-hand curve direction configurable at order; reversible operation possible
• Optional protective covers (factory-fitted; not orderable separately)
