The VE 5/OCD-300 stop gate (art. 3842998578) controls workpiece pallet flow in Bosch Rexroth assembly transfer systems. It brings one or more accumulating pallets to a damped stop at defined contact surfaces and releases them individually - without impact damage or positional drift.

  • Steplessly adjustable damping: Impact energy is absorbed progressively; pallets stop smoothly at any conveying speed up to 18 m/min.
  • Spring-return fail-safe: When compressed air is removed the stop gate closes automatically via spring force, requiring no additional safety logic.
  • Three position feedback points: Separate sensing surfaces for latch up, latch down, and damper retracted allow full status monitoring (3 sensors 3842549811 or 3842549814 recommended).
  • Flexible track widths: Available for track widths of 455, 650, 845, and 1040 mm in the direction of transport.
