The LTS/F-2 lift transverse unit combines a CSS belt section with a lift unit to create right-angled branch points in assembly and conveyor lines. Two to four tracks with individually adjustable track spacing (b1 to b3) accommodate a wide range of line layouts. Permissible load reaches up to 0.15 kg/cm support surface per track and up to 120 kg per belt section.

The LTS/F-2 lift transverse unit integrates a CSS belt section with a lift unit, enabling right-angled section branches within assembly and transport lines. The unit is delivered fully assembled; gear motors are supplied separately.

  • 2 to 4 tracks with individually determined track spacing (b1 to b3) - minimum dimensions must be observed
  • O-rings for high friction coefficients and improved static friction on the transverse conveyor
  • Tracks without lateral guide, reversible across the entire value range
  • Simple toothed belt exchange without special tooling
  • Motor mounting on right (MA = R) or left (MA = L) on each track of the belt section (MS = 1 to 4)
  • Motor connection via cable/plug (AT = S) or terminal box (AT = K)
  • Gear motors suitable for operation with frequency converter
  • Two lift positions
