This drive kit converts the 180° curve wheel (aluminum version) into a fully driven conveyor element. It includes a die-cast aluminum flange, hexagonal shaft, and optional ball catch coupling for torque limiting, supporting both circulation systems and alpine conveyor towers. Compatible with Lenze and SEW SA47 gear motors as well as custom motor adaptations.

The drive kit for the 180° curve wheel VFplus AL extends the passive aluminum curve wheel into a driven conveyor unit. It supports both circulation systems (AC = 0) and alpine conveyor tower configurations (AC = 1), with nominal conveyor speeds from 4 to 21 m/min.
- Die-cast aluminum flange for direct motor attachment to the curve wheel
- Hexagonal STS shaft for reliable force transmission, including multi-level stacked curve wheel drives
- Preset ball catch coupling (Kpg = 1) for torque limitation, space-saving and integrated within the flange
- Compatible with Lenze gear motor (GM = 1), SEW SA47 gear motor (GM = 2), or customer-adapted drives (GM = 0)
- Fixed or variable nominal speed; frequency converter required for variable speed (max. 21 m/min)
- Motor connection via terminal box (AT = K) or cable plug (AT = S)
