PE 5 Positioning Unit for WT 5 Workpiece Pallets, 5 mm Lift, ±0.3 mm Accuracy - Bosch Rexroth 3842998786

The Bosch Rexroth PE 5 positioning unit positions and orients WT 5 series workpiece pallets at manual and automated processing stations. A 5 mm lift above the transport level combined with ±0.3 mm repeatability in x and y makes it suitable for demanding assembly processes. The unit is delivered fully assembled and can be installed from above into the conveyor section.

Technical data

Required accessories: Assembly kit 3 842 996 185 is required for installation in ST 5/H conveyor sections. Stop gates VE 5/200, VE 5/D-300, VE 5/D-301 or VE 5/D-1000 must be used. Switch bracket SH 2/UH (3 842 537 289) and assembly kit (3 842 545 132) are required except for size b = 455 mm.
