The VE 5/OCD-1000 stop gate arrests one or more accumulating workpiece pallets with oil-damped deceleration at the defined stop surface. When compressed air is removed, a spring automatically closes the latch - keeping the pallet safely held without continuous air pressure. The OCD variant adds integrated oil damping and two position sensors: latch up/down and damper retracted yes/no.

  • Spring-loaded closed position: conveyor stops safely on air loss - no uncontrolled pallet travel
  • Oil damping absorbs impact forces on pallet and product at high masses or speeds
  • Four track widths available: 455, 650, 845 and 1040 mm - compatible with standard TS 5 conveyor widths
  • Four installation locations (AO 1-4) allow flexible integration into existing lines
  • Delivered with all fastening material for direct mounting on the conveyor section
