The AS 5/H-FR drive unit is the central drive component for ST 5/...-FR conveyor units, CU 5/...-FR curves, DI 5/...-FR diverters, JU 5/...-FR junctions and the HQ 5/... lift transverse unit. It is supplied ready to install, with the gear motor enclosed separately for right- or left-hand mounting. Accumulation and reversible operation are both supported; an optional frequency converter extends speed control flexibility. A viewing window allows toothed-belt inspection without disassembly, and the quick-release cover reduces the required clearance to adjacent machines to just 20 mm.
