Choosing the right Optometron component
Generating and controlling light
The illumination is driven by a separate control unit:
- LED controller NT I (459027) and NT II (459040): control units for Optometron LED illumination at the inspection station.
- Multilight LR-60/110 (609000 ge): illumination unit in the yellow version.
Shaping light
The diffuser 609010 makes the light softer and more even. The Fresnel lens 609004 focuses the light at a working distance of 200 mm. The POL-SET-2 filters out glare on solder joints, metal and plastics.
Positioning the test piece
The ESD ball table KT-100 with a diameter of 100 mm tilts up to 35°. The washable Gecko pad holds the test piece, flat parts are secured magnetically, and with a height of 35 mm the table stays flat enough for short working distances.
