Choosing the right TECNA spring balancer
Select by tool weight
What matters is the weight of the tool including cable or hose:
- Up to 1.0 kg: 9310ES (0.2 to 0.5 kg) or 9311 (0.4 to 1.0 kg).
- 1.0 to 3.0 kg: 9312 (1.0 to 2.0 kg) or 9313ES (2.0 to 3.0 kg).
- 2.0 to 4.0 kg: 9321ES with 2000 mm cable length.
ESD or standard
If you work in an EPA with electrostatic sensitive components, choose a model with the ES suffix. For workstations without ESD requirements the standard versions 9311 and 9312 are sufficient.
Cable length
The 931x series models have a 1600 mm cable, the 9321ES offers 2000 mm for greater freedom of movement.
