Stainless steel rack for 10 trays for Ghibli-PRO without trays - Iteco 8106866

Stacking trays flat inside a dry cabinet wastes most of the available height, and the bottom tray can only be reached by unloading everything above it. The stainless steel rack 8106.866 turns a single shelf area into ten individually accessible slots for the Ghibli-PRO.

What the rack does

• Ten levels instead of one stack: every tray can be pulled out on its own without lifting the ones above.
• For standardised containers: designed for JEDEC trays and the Iteco aluminium trays of 495 x 570 x 12 mm.
• Stainless steel: INOX construction, low particle release and suited to controlled production areas.
• No modification of the cabinet: the rack simply stands on an existing shelf.
• Order in the MSD buffer: fixed positions make it easier to match component, opening date and remaining floor life.

Applications

Typical for lines running many BGA and QFP trays in parallel. Because every tray stays individually accessible, the cabinet is opened less often and for shorter periods, which directly limits moisture uptake under IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033. Equally suitable for PCB panels and LED magazines.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied as a rack without trays. Matching aluminium trays 495 x 570 x 12 mm are available separately under Iteco 8106.583. For the older Ghibli-II cabinets the rack Iteco 8104.865 is used instead. If shelf area runs short, the cabinet can be extended by one level with the additional shelf Iteco 8106.840 or 8106.841.
