TekDry zeolite dehumidifier module 230 V for Ghibli dry cabinets - Iteco 8104852

The TekDry is the actual drying unit of the Ghibli series. As a zeolite dehumidifier it absorbs the moisture inside the cabinet and releases it again in cycles, designed for continuous duty. According to the Iteco catalogue 2026 the cabinet reaches down to 2 percent relative humidity depending on the environment, at an average power draw of 40 W.

What sets the module apart

• No sensor in the control loop: drying runs continuously and is not governed by a hygrometer, so a drifting or failed sensor cannot stop the drying process.
• Very low target humidity: down to 2 percent RH, well below the 5 percent threshold at which floor life is considered halted under IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033.
• Economical in continuous duty: 40 W average consumption, 250 W peak during the regeneration phase.
• Modular design: the module can be pulled out of the cabinet with a screwdriver, so repair and replacement need no dismantling of the body.
• Spare and retrofit part: an ageing module can be replaced on its own instead of scrapping the complete cabinet.

Applications

Replacement of an aged dehumidifier module, additional drying capacity in a heavily used cabinet, or overhaul after many years of service. Because the modules are individually exchangeable, a Ghibli body reaches a service life of more than 20 years according to the manufacturer.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The TekDry is fitted as standard in Ghibli dry cabinets and is supplied here as a single 230 V module. If humidity has to return within minutes rather than hours after the door was opened, the Fast Recovery module Iteco 8106.820 adds compressed air or nitrogen. The value actually reached is verified with the DryLogger Iteco 9265.302 and the wall unit Tekmatrix 32 under Iteco 8105.113U or 8105.113E.
