MSD parts taken from dry pack absorb moisture. At reflow that moisture can stress the package and scrap the lot. Ghibli PRO 700 l holds the interior below 5 percent RH, typically 2 percent, so floor life per IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 stays frozen.

What sets the cabinet apart

• Plug and play below 5 percent RH: switch on. TekDry modules run continuously and are not gated by a hygrometer, so a drifting sensor cannot stop drying.
• Modular for 20-plus years: dehumidifier modules come out with a screwdriver. Keep the steel body, swap the module.
• DryLogger included: portable humidity and temperature meter 9265.302, visible through the upper door glass, with LogManager software for floor-life analysis.
• ESD steel body: 1.2 mm steel, dissipative paint 10³ to 10⁹ ohm, magnetically sealed doors with key lock, flat front.
• 40 C baking: low-temperature bake of SMD reels that can then go straight into a pick-and-place feeder. Average 500 W, peak 1000 W.
