Stainless steel rack for 10 trays for Ghibli-II without trays - Iteco 8104865

Anyone still running a dry cabinet of the Ghibli-II series needs a rack built for the interior of exactly that generation. The stainless steel rack 8104.865 is made for it and, according to the distributor data, is placed inside models 8104.830 and 8104.832.

What the rack does

• Ten separate levels: each tray is removed on its own, the rest of the stack stays untouched.
• Series specific: built for the internal dimensions of the Ghibli-II cabinets 8104.830 and 8104.832, not for the later Ghibli-PRO line.
• Stainless steel: corrosion free and low in abrasion, suited to the permanently dry atmosphere inside the cabinet.
• Placed loose: the rack stands on an existing shelf, nothing has to be bolted.
• Clear storage: fixed positions for trays, magazines and opened reels in the MSD buffer.

Applications

Retrofitting existing Ghibli-II installations when loose reel storage is replaced by tray handling, or replacing a damaged rack. The benefit is the same as with an additional shelf: shorter door opening times and therefore less moisture ingress for components whose floor life is running under IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied as a rack without trays. For the current Ghibli-PRO series the rack Iteco 8106.866 is intended, and matching aluminium trays 495 x 570 x 12 mm are listed by Iteco under 8106.583. Humidity inside the cabinet can be verified point by point with the DryLogger Iteco 9265.302.
