The HIOS CL4-0610ESD is a 5-pin screwdriver cable in an anti-static ESD version with a total length of 2 m. It connects 5-pin HIOS electric screwdrivers to the matching controller and serves as a replacement or second cable at the assembly station.

Application

For connecting or replacing the screwdriver cable at assembly stations within an ESD protected area, for example in electronics and precision assembly.

Compatibility

For the BLG-4000, BLG-5000, BL-2000, BL-3000, BL-5000 together with the BLC-70-EU-HK controller. For the CL-2000, CL-3000 and CL-4000 with the matching HIOS CL series controller. For 6-pin screwdrivers (BLG-BC2, BLG-BC1, BLG-ZERO1) use RP50-CL. Other 5-pin cables: CL4-0611 (1.5 m), CL65-0660 (3 m), EXTCD-5P3M (3 m) and EXTCD-5P5M (5 m).
