Gyro-Stat ESD Bench Top Turntable Ø 390 mm, 100 kg, Stainless Steel with Statfree T2 Mat - Desco 237193

Large assemblies, housings or units under test often need to be accessible from every side during assembly. Instead of lifting and repositioning them, the operator simply turns them on the Gyro-Stat turntable, in either direction and with up to 100 kg of load. The Statfree T2 mat top and the conductive lubricated bearings couple the product to the grounded ESD bench mat.

Applications

For assembly, inspection and packing of large or awkward assemblies on ESD benches. To ground the turntable, place it on a grounded bench or bench mat (Rg < 1 x 10⁹ ohms), the path to ground can be verified with a resistance meter. It can also be used on the floor, provided the surface offers a path to ground.
