ESD Face Mask, Static Dissipative, Blue, Size L/XL, Washable - Desco 97553

A face mask worn in the EPA puts one more textile right in front of sensitive parts. This Desco mask is made of static dissipative fabric, so it does not build up charge: surface resistance is 1 x 10⁵ to < 1 x 10⁷ ohms. The blue version has 83 mm elastic ear loops for size L/XL.

Applications

Electronics manufacturing, assembly, test and repair stations in ESD protected areas where face masks are worn. Care: wash cool or warm in a mild liquid detergent on a gentle cycle, tumble dry on low heat or hang dry, do not bleach. Heavy industrial laundering shortens service life.

Standards

Surface resistance tested per ANSI/ESD STM2.1 and ESD TR53. After each wash, verify that Rgp is still < 1 x 10⁷ ohms. Colour and fabric weight may vary slightly between lots.
