One-Step No-Clean Desoldering Braid, 2.54 mm x 3.05 m, Antistatic Bobbin, Pack of 25 - Desco OS-D-10AS

Rework goes faster when the board does not need cleaning afterwards. Desco One-Step braid is impregnated with a no-clean flux whose residue can stay on the assembly. At 2.54 mm wide and 3.05 m (10 ft) long, this version suits larger lands and through-hole joints.

Applications

Desoldering and pad clean-up during rework and repair of printed circuit boards, computers, mobile phones and other electronic assemblies, in lines that use RMA no-clean fluxes. The dissipative bobbins can stay at the workstation inside the EPA.

Standards

Flux to ANSI/J-STD-004 and IPC J-STD-004B type L0, surface insulation resistance per Bellcore GR-78-CORE (TR-TSY-000078) and IPC Test Method III. Every bobbin is stamped with a lot code and a certificate of compliance is available from the manufacturer. Desco warrants the braid for two years from manufacture when stored in its original container.
