Inspection system mobile scope kit 3 with BGA lens, 80x macro zoom and case - Ersa 0VSSC060VK3

Defects on assemblies sit partly under the component and partly in the fine structure of the solder joint. The Ersa mobile scope inspection system in the full configuration 0VSSC060VK3 covers both: a BGA lens with 90° optics for the view under the package and an 80x macro zoom for detail assessment, transported safely in an aluminium case.

Benefits

• Both optics in one set, BGA lens with 90° optics and 80x macro zoom
• Two light sources, integrated LED light on the zoom and dimmable LED fibre light
• Aluminium case for transport and protected storage of the complete system
• Holder for the camera unit keeps the device ready to hand at the bench
• ImageDoc Basic inspection software included for image capture and documentation

Applications

Complete visual and quality inspection in electronics manufacturing, failure analysis on BGA, QFN and chip components, rework and incoming goods control as well as mobile service work at customer sites.
