Description
The D70-R195 from Glamox is a circular recessed downlight for suspended and closed ceilings. Apart from the visible rim, the luminaire disappears into the ceiling opening and directs its light downwards. The version shown here delivers 2,200 lm at 3000 K, so a single unit also copes with greater ceiling heights in foyers, sales areas or meeting zones.

The variants of the range differ in light colour (3000 K or 4000 K), luminous flux (1,100 lm, 1,400 lm or 2,200 lm) and control (DALI dimmable or switchable (HF)). Match the luminous flux to room height and luminaire spacing, the light colour to the use of the room, and the control to whether brightness needs to be adjusted later.
Suitable for ceilings with enough space above the opening. Where a solid ceiling offers no void, a surface-mounted luminaire is the appropriate form.
