Glamox S90-SPOT spotlight (BL 40)

In the BL 40 version of the Glamox S90-SPOT the light colour is not a fixed value but a setting. The configuration works with tunable white and leaves it to the control system how warm or neutral the light appears at any moment. Luminous flux in this version is 3500 lm.

The variants of this item differ on three counts. Light colour comes as 3000 K (Ra90), 4000 K (Ra90) or tunable white, luminous flux as 2000 lm or 3500 lm, and control as a DALI dimmable or a switchable HF version. Reach for tunable white when the lighting mood of an area is to change during operation; for a colour temperature fixed once, the 3000 K or 4000 K variants are enough. Take the higher flux where the distance between luminaire and surface is greater.

This version makes sense in rooms that are used differently by day and in the evening. Where the light is meant to stay the same throughout, the simpler configuration is cheaper and easier to run.
