Anyone working all day with a boning or filleting knife needs protection for the holding hand against slipping blades. The stainless steel ring mesh with 4 mm ring diameter stops stabs and cuts and can be cleaned completely after the shift. Without a cuff the glove ends at the wrist and leaves the forearm free to move.
