RJ45 network installation kit, Telemaster, 4.8-8 mm stripper, 50 Cat5e plugs - IDEAL 33-750

For network installation in buildings or switchgear, the installer needs a stripper, a crimper and enough plugs in one place. Kit 33-750 combines the Telemaster ratchet crimp tool for RJ-11 and RJ-45, a UTP/coax stripper for 4.8 to 8 mm and 50 Cat5e RJ-45 modular plugs. That covers dozens of terminations without reordering.

Usage notes

• Use the round stripping hole to score about 2 in (approx. 50 mm) of jacket, bend the cable at the score mark and pull off the slug. Avoid cutting too deep or the twisted pairs may get nicked.
• Arrange the wires to T568A or T568B and trim them to 1/2 in (approx. 13 mm) of exposed length with the cutter.
• Insert the wires to the end of the plug with the tab side down. The cable jacket must reach past the primary crimp area.
