Interchangeable 90-degree side-view probe, micro size (spare part) - Inspectis BGA-009

The 90-degree side-view prism probe is the optical core of Inspectis BGA inspection: like an inverted periscope it looks laterally in under the component and reveals solder balls that are concealed from above. This interchangeable probe (micro size, probe-tip footprint 0.4 x 3.5 mm, width 3.5 mm) serves as a spare part or to match the component size.
