Complete Intake Filter Service Kit for 120R Pump - Jun-Air K1027

The 120R pump draws 340 l/min and delivers 138 l/min at 8 bar. It only holds those figures with a clear intake path. Once the filter loads with dust the delivered volume drops noticeably, run time per tank filling grows and the pump runs hotter. Service kit K1027 contains the complete intake filter assembly and belongs in every scheduled maintenance interval.

Application

In dusty surroundings, for example a workshop or an area with grinding and cutting work, the replacement interval shortens considerably. Checking the filter at every oil level check or condensate drain is a workable rule of thumb. A discoloured or grey filter surface means it is time to change.
