The LED3-P Set bundles the two components that belong together at any microscope or inspection station anyway: the LED3-P LED cold light source with 5,700 K at 30 W, and the semi-rigid GLS2-400-3.2 gooseneck light guide (2-arm, 400 mm, active Ø 3.2 mm).
Both arms of the light guide can be positioned independently and hold their position. That gives you raking light for surface defects or two-sided illumination of solder joints without retrofitting holders. The light is guided purely optically, so the part stays cold and thermally stable.
Priced as a set, it costs less than the individual items, and the combination is matched at the factory: mount, active diameter and light output fit together without intermediate adapters.
