Pipe laser green 200 m laser class 3R with carrying case - Leica Piper 100G

The longer the run, the harder the target spot inside the pipe is to see. The Leica Piper 100G therefore uses a green 520 nm beam which the manufacturer rates at around four times better visibility than a red beam. That shortens the time spent at the target and makes reading safer even at the end of a 200 m run.

Applications

Sewer and waste water pipe laying, storm water and combined sewers, house connections, drainage, duct runs and long sections where the target spot has to stay clearly visible at the far end.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The delivery contains the Piper 100G laser in the class 3R version with 150 mm feet in a carrying case. According to the manufacturer, battery and charger are not included and are ordered separately. The following also fit:

• GEB221 Li-Ion battery, 7.4 V and 4.4 Ah with its charger, required for operation
• Target assembly matched to the pipe diameter, for 300 mm pipe the version with the small insert
• IR remote control for operation from the trench
• Trivet with mounting bracket for set-up inside a manhole
• Feet for 200, 225, 250 and 300 mm for other nominal bores

Accessories are interchangeable across the Piper line and also fit the Piper 100, Piper 200 and Piper 200G. For automatic restoration of the line after a break in work the Piper 200G with Alignmaster is the model to choose.
